    Pros

The company consistantley hires good and respectful employees. Training as ongoing giving much needed knowledge to sell the products it provides.

    Cons

Negative motivation hurts this company. Instead of positive reinforcement, employees are constantly told what will happen to them if they do something wrong. There is very little reinforcement of what is being done right. Most employees are teen to 20's and do not have much work experience under their belt. Opportunities exist to mold them into great employees instead of pushing them out the door with threats of points or write ups.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Since in my 4 years I have seen 90% of the employees coming in are good, well intentioned young men and women, but leave with a bad reflection of what good management can be. Some stay, but most leave. My recommendation would be to encourage your associates to be the best they can be, and when they stumble, discipline and coaching to bring them back up to speed. Stop the threats of, if you do this or don't do that, you will get written up approach, and teach! Your turnover and loyalty will change for the good.
