Current Employee – been working at Accellion

Pros – Flexible and supportive environment - excellent team members. Rationale development approach though still figuring things out so current agile-like methods are changing from month to month. But the refining and adjusting end up improving things.

Cons – Still figuring some things out.

Advice to Senior Management – Replace the low-cubicle walls with higher ones - having everyone else constantly in your face is nice for the first 10 minutes but then intrusive and distracting.
