    Pros

Company provides benefits and it is globally recognized as one of the best IT companies in terms of competence, preparation, dedition to work and benefits.

    Cons

Work life balance is sometimes unacceptable. Sometimes the effort required in order to satisfy at all costs the client expectations is not paid back in terms of rewards, benefits, profits, career steps.

    Advice to Management

Take more care about the single employees issues, topics, work life balance, career expectations. Be honest and supportive when giving feedbacks about work performances.

    Pros

-Learning experience. 1 year at ACN could easily be equivalent to 2-3 years elsewhere -Plenty of role differentiation. You can move projects, and also to different roles within projects -People: Everyone is smart, you can learn a whole lot from consultants and managers -Opportunities to do great things like travel to Everest, do consulting work in developing nations

    Cons

-Compensation not as high as market -Although it means plenty of learning, sometimes you can get stuck doing tasks that your manager / someone else is doing

    Advice to Management

Would be great to set up open office times once a week.
