    Pros

Good Package, great work culture, some teams allow work from home, good learning curve, you don't get fired easily - once you get hired you can stay in the company till you retire :). Leaves are granted quite easily without haggling.

    Cons

Bad work life balance, work pressure can be very taxing, opportunities might depend on your luck more than you capability, mediocre level of office politics, although the company is flat but progression from one level to the other is very slow and time bound. Lastly the office culture is very dead, boring and lacks liveliness. Tea and lunch conversations are also restricted to work and it can get depressing at times. Also the office parties are very badly funded and boring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Urgent need to review the GTIN model for the following criteria:
    1. Opportunities - GTIN doesnt win any business or projects it depends on the rest of Accenture for staffing and hence the quality of work coming to GTIN can suffer
    2. Recognition - Since the GTIN leadership is disconnected with the leadership of the projects we work on (mostly overseas), there is minimal visibility of performance to local leadership. This leads to lack of representation and appreciation especially during moderations.
    3. Accenture as a whole as a very weak HR. The HR policies are completely disconnected with the senior managements expectations. Most of the SMs themselves disapprove of the HR policies and processes. Lastly the HR does nothing to make sure their processes are practical and workable

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO
