Pros

1) Good career opportunities
2) Pay is good

Cons

1) work-life balance is not that good for most of the employees

    I have been working at Accenture

    Pros

    Fun people, open for discussion, great global network and system. You can really feel like you work for a GLOBAL company.

    Cons

    Aggressive culture, some people have worked there for too long even though they should have been kicked out long time ago.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Staff issue is always a problem. Plz be more keen as to selecting your people, especially team leaders!

    I have been working at Accenture

    Pros

    Easy going Organization
    Good long term projects
    Work life balance
    Lot of perks and non monetary benefits
    Big pool of resources

    Cons

    Employee is treated as employee
    Immediate reporting managers are not supportive
    No clarity in promotion process, depends on employee manager relation not on work
    HR is super poor and only rely on managers response and never check with the peers or client about the performance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Being such a good company, having International market existence and such a process oriented and innovators, I feel some of the old rules need to be restructured especially skill level talks should be introduced and utmost care be taken for the promotions that it should be fair open and should not be influenced by managers.
