“It has been mostly great fun to date.”
I have been working at Accenture full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – I have had many great opportunities to travel and work in different countries and meet great people.
Amazing 5 weeks paid time off a year.
Cons – Long hours. Not enough time to exercise or spend with family and friends.
Some crazy managers who don't believe in eating or sleeping.
Advice to Senior Management – Please take the time to get managers who are hired into the company to spend more time learning and living the core values. I've found that the best managers have tended to be those that were groomed from undergrad and up and the experienced hires were the worse ones to work under.
