I have been working at Accenture full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very considerate towards employees & very good job security. Alot of opportunities for people

    Cons

Too many complex policies & approval process for every little thing. Everything is handled to portals which makes it difficult to get through to the right authorities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need more robust HR to help employees with day to day issues. We also need to have easy access to the payroll team than going through a basic portal

I have been working at Accenture full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I have had many great opportunities to travel and work in different countries and meet great people.
Amazing 5 weeks paid time off a year.

    Cons

Long hours. Not enough time to exercise or spend with family and friends.
Some crazy managers who don't believe in eating or sleeping.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please take the time to get managers who are hired into the company to spend more time learning and living the core values. I've found that the best managers have tended to be those that were groomed from undergrad and up and the experienced hires were the worse ones to work under.
