“Great place to work”
Current Employee – been working at Accenture full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Depending on the project. There's a lot of autonomy and flexibility. I work with top notch talent and learn something new daily. There are lots of projects and good opportunities for involvement in community programs.
Cons – The annual review process is crap! Long hours are sometimes required.
Advice to Senior Management – Revamp your annual review process.
