I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to work from home at least once a week.

The rewards package is good -- including pay, benefits, etc.

I have always had a lot of opportunities to try new roles and gain diverse experience.

    Cons

It's expected to work a lot of hours in order to succeed. Often these hours are at a terrible time of day due to the global nature of the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to support people by giving them new opportunities.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Time and again I have been impressed by coworkers, team mates and managers. Being surrounded by competent people is rather impressive.

Major push for local staffing so travel is not a must necessarily.

    Cons

Opportunities are basically up to you to find, not really a bad thing, but something you have to be mindful of.

Compensation leaves something to be desired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We know how much we cost and we know how much we're paid ... you can do better.
