Pros

Great people, Excellent large scale projects, Marquee clients, Good process. Good place to start career.

Cons

Pay is lower than industry average, Performance rating is not fair, Long hours, No work life balance, Firm mentality, Promotions are based on the tenure at a particular account/client. Not a good place for expirienced hires.

    Pros

    - Attractive PTO and Benefits plan
    - Robust global methodologies
    - Great internal learning and development framework
    - Access to wide rage of knowledge capital and SMEs across the globe
    - Strong performance management process
    - Great deal of focus on diversity and inclusion and corporate citizenship initiatives

    Cons

    - Most projects are under budgeted and understaffed. As a result, most resources on the consulting side ends up working a lot of overtime
    - Despite the strict policy around ghosting of hours, most projects won't allow consultants to report their overtime. This skews individual's changeability, and prevents HR from getting an accurate view.
    - Internal politics quite often get in the way of getting the staffed on the right project
    - The only way to get a decent pay increase is by getting prompted. If it's not a promotion year, no matter how hard your work the chance of getting a good pay increase is very slim.

    Advice to Management

    - Put your people first when you budget/staff project
    - Implement stronger measures to prevent projects to turn a blind eye on our time tracking policy...i.e. let your people to accurately report billable/non-billable time
