Pros – - Great multitude of opportunities for work, and professional development
- A highly capable, hard-working, intelligent work-force
- Strong, respected company and brand
Cons – - Work-life balance is often challenging. Hours can be long (except for workaholics like me).
- The consulting workforce can be challenging, with a move up, or move out policy
- Pay could be more competitive
