I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Travel to new places
    - If on a travel project - per diem, frequent flier miles, hotel points, large network
    - Young "work hard play hard" environment
    - Lots of resources at your disposal

    Cons

    - Can be long hours
    - Some projects are seriously hit or miss. Determining whether or not your project is going to suck depends entirely on asking the right questions to management before getting involved. I've had terrible project experience but I've had really positive ones as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Always take the time to mentor and develop more of the junior people. Believe in them and give them a chance to grow before writing them off.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Generally good projects; hard working peers

    Cons

Lots of work; unfair review process; little merit increases
Need to work day and night if you have an offshore team

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value people by their skills and contribution to projects, but not little self-promoting "practice-building" tricks.
