I have been working at Accenture full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good monetary reward policies (local deputation benefits are very good which one might not find in any other company) , no rigid working hours, number of good projects.

    Cons

Excessively political - if you are a good sycophant, well you got the stuff to go higher. The flip side is, those who really work sincerely and do not care much about lauding (exaggeration of) your work, will suffer snails pace growth.
CTC offered is not really what you get!!! - In general, you get only 50-60% of your variable pay. Also, employer contribution of PF would be part of your offered fixed salary. So once you get into the company, you get a real shocker with first month salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus needed on building long term relationship with resources.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
