I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Smart colleagues, truly global opportunities, high-profile clients, opportunity to work on challenges of unprecedented scale or impact.

    Cons

Process-driven ways of working stifles creative / independent thinking. Up-or-out policy. Constant battle for promotions can breed disingenuous people with nothing but work on their minds (what - you have a life outside Accenture?!")

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think about how to solve the future lack of on-shore technical skills. If you continue to industrialise (read: offshore) development, how are you going to breed the onshore experts of the future?

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
