Current Employee – been working at Accenture full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – good salary, growth, great clientle, great add ons like mobile, training, expense recovery, mentoring
Cons – the privy knowledge is with select few. others end fighting for their career in an extremely competitve landscape
Advice to Senior Management – need to come out cost reduction cycle and foster innovation
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
