I worked at Accenture full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Good atmosphere at work.
Information flow is good among employees and company management.
Provides good travel arrangements, however I had a few experiences where its travel services were a pain in the ass.
One of the best organisation in India if you are a girl, provides good care for its female employees.

    Cons

Placement among different domains of software is totally based on luck, this is followed in almost all companies in the IT sector. These companies don't realize that choice of domain matters a lot in the future.
I have had situations where a few of our managers were misinformed about a few important things, things which can be embarrassing if you don't know it at the management level.
HR department is a rubbish, either they try to cheat or there are people working there who don't deserve to be there.
Management of employees is not productive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start to allocate your resources based on their interests as much as possible, this will lead to your employees satisfaction, which can increase their productivity significantly.
