Pros

Many facilities provided to improve your skill
Various domains and projects hence can get variance and hence great learning

Cons

Work life balance entirely depends on the project and seniors

    I have been working at Accenture full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    International Experience with global workforce and good HR policy. good quality of projects in India. Good insurance coverage scheme

    Cons

    Bad paymaster, less offshore opportunity as compared to other Indian MNC (as global workforce is already present) unclear HR and variable pay policies.

    Pros

    Flexible Timings.
    There are opportunities to grow professionally.
    Opportunity to get cross trained in some other technology ( only if you can get a release from the current project !!!)

    Cons

    The usual company politics.
    Very limited onsite opportunities.
    Intra country transfers.
