I worked at Accenture full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Very flat organization, and you get to pick the roles and projects that interest you. Worked in many industries and made friends with clients and colleagues. Always room to grow and learn, if you are really as good as you think you are then you will have fun.

Cons

Some of the experienced hires around late 2000's quite frankly were not up to the par. Got a bad review and was rolled out of a project because the manager really had no clue about her own roles and responsibilities.

I worked at Accenture full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Opportunities to reach out and collaborate with some very helpful team members from across the organization.

    Cons

There were team members that were more concerned with telling the client what they wanted to hear opposed to doing the work and being honest with impending challenges. Very long hours. Hard to transfer to other opportunities.

I worked at Accenture as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Good work ethic. Good for experience. Much better environment than many.

    Cons

Apparently they are not so good at absorbing the experienced but that's about the business model. if you want to remain, aspire to project management or higher. If you want to make it a career there might be travel involved.
