Good place for good clients - varied work, interesting projects but may be stuck at large projects for months on end without a way out.

Cons

Could easily be put on NHS for 10 months. Salary is not very high at all, and not worth the travel. Travel is never in business most often chicken class.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay more - introduce a bonus scheme. Understand what employees are looking for in terms of progression and benefits. Training to be more international.
