-Enjoyable fun loving co-workers who are generally in their 20-30's.
-Company provides a good oportunity to gain a lot of management, project, and people experience.

Cons

-There is a constant struggle for work life balance.
-Promotions are very calculated.

Advice to Senior Management

Try to set an example and encourage work life balance. The projects that I have been on with the happiest employees are the ones where managers encouraged people to leave when their work was done even if it was earlier in the day as the hours would always be made up when the project approached go-live.
