Accenture has the Best Infrastructure.It provided one of the best Facilities in It industry.It has a good management Team.so every reason to join.
Cons
Its one of the major draw back is sitting on bench. Its quite frustrating to be on bench.thats the only cons i found.
Advice to Senior Management
Management are doing a good job.THey didnt lay off during recent slowdown its a great achievement.They should think about more projects.

I am an Ex-Accenture employee,
The reason I am writing this letter to you is to make u realise that your action against me during my stay in Accenture has ruined my life and am not able to come in terms with life, this has made me depressed and has made me to try to end this life twice thou I was saved by my parents.
However I do not wish to be a liability to my parents, I have made sure that I would make sure that I mentioned the names of people who have driven me take this extreme steps.
To tell you what I am talking about, well I believe that the company follows the compliance very strictly, on august the 20th, while on a call, I was asked by my Manager (Mr.), Asst.Manager (Mr).Team leader (Mr.), to come to the conference room in order to have a discussion and was asked to do the same, while taking call and was asked to inform the customer that my supervisor (Mr.) would take over the call. That means I had to leave my desk and the computer I was working on to my supervisor, does this act not come under the security compliance of the company? After discussions I was informed to go home and take rest, and was also informed that they would talk to me the next day, in the earlier part of the day since I had reached office late because of the cab reaching the office late and had to login immediately as I reached the floor, this made me to carry my mobile phone without camera on to the floor, and I placed the same in the drawer of my desk. Now while I was told to go home and was not allowed to go back to my desk to collect my items or to logout from my computer. And this act did not allow me to create few cases which were called ghost calls (technical term used on the floor). the next day I was not in a position to come to the office as I was not well and informed the same to the cab driver, since I was put under enormous stress at the office which does happen to me at the time of promotion, if you could remember I was put through the same situation on the 17th of April, the day I cleared my assessment, since I was not going to the office on the that day I had to inform my team leader about the same but was not able to do the same since I did not have the number of that person(mobile still in office). I do agree that it was my mistake that I was not able to communicate the same to the office, and I accept it, later on the 23 of august (21 and 22 august were weekly off’s), when I reached the office, i was informed that the test for SME (SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT) Position was being held by my cab mates, that is when I realised the reason why I have been pulled up and put through the stress. However I was asked to go home on that day without appearing for the test by the manager Mr. and when I went back to the office on the 26th of august ,I was informed to put down my papers for compliance issue by my team leader Mr. ,the then HR representative Mr. Am),when I informed that I would not sign and put down my papers, I was threatened that the office would give bad feedback and remarks if in case any company reach them for verification, and I was not given any time to think over though I had asked for it, I was taken to the conference room at 6.30 pm and was not let to go home till I had signed the resignation letter with personal issues as reason , why ,if the office thought that I had broken the compliance of the company ,it should have informed me to do follow the same reason ,isn’t it .
Well to tell more, when a team mate of mine requested for a Saturday, Sunday off since he was going through tough time in his life, he was not granted the permission and this made him to quit the company, though the Team Leader who was recently married was granted the leave for Saturday and Sunday so that he could spend some time with his family, wow that’s special treatment, does that not come under any compliance? The team leader was on an off when the whole team is working. I could have raised this issue at that time itself but frankly speaking I am not bought up that way. It just shows the way parents have put in the right morals in their children.
I have heard that that person i.e. team lead has been promoted to Asst. Manager Position... Great ...The world calls this as “D o u b l e S t a n d a r d”.
This is just one more example of how people can use these companies and their policies to their advantage and the companies can hardly do anything to them.
this is something which has happened to me and u know what i am planning to open up CALL CENTER EMPLOYEE UNION , I would sincerely like to know who all can really contribute to this so that atleast in the future agents dont loose their job and fell like a use and throw object.
