I worked at Accenture as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

-Great chance to start career in business / technology consulting.
-Well-known brand name which open doors to lots of employment opportunities when you have the Accenture Internship on your CV.
-Good chance to network with like-minded colleagues, which most of them are fresh graduates with high drive for success.
    - Approachable superiors, sense of seniority seems to be abolished in favor of good communication and teamwork.

    Cons

    - People here don't sacrifice work-life balance to compete over individual performance as much as it is to mend scope creeps. It's a consensual notion that work life balance in this company are only achievable by draconian project managers who can manage scope, tasks and manpower very effectively. Therefore, work-life balance is not uniform throughout the company as it depends on individual nature of projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More efforts need to be in place to retain talents.
