Pros

Accenture employees have a large range of knowledge and are happy to share it in order to get the job done. I gained more experience / knowledge in my 2 yrs with Accenture than any other time in my career.

Cons

When the project is tough, you will work the hours. On the project I was on, we worked 70 hrs a week for 2 yrs. Not for someone with a family or priorities other than career.

Advice to Senior Management

Overall very happy with the company. There were times management was too busy getting the job done so some lower level members felt excluded.
