Pros

If you work hard, you will learn so much and really build a base of skills that you can take anywhere. Fantastic training program and mentoring/feedback. Company promotes from within, great benefits including the opportunity to earn vacation for overtime.

Cons

Lots of travel, frat party atmosphere on some project teams

    Generally nice, good people to work with

    Cons

    Organizationally some groups get more support than others. This is normal for any company, but for your career it means you should stay in the groups that drive company performance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More training and career development for employees. Peer firms make a much larger investment in their people.
