    Pros

    Good at Training
    Very good at Employee Management
    Very good at taking care of Employee Needs and good at giving transportation on time for the benefit of Employee.
    More Opportunity for Learning
    Good at rules and regulations maintaining policys

    Cons

    Very slow in the movement of promotions
    Will hire contractors but will not give any chance for them to grow to get onroles.
    Mangers are least bothered about concerns of employee , will not go to check one on one and try to know the concern of each employee .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Would suggest from the higher management to lower levels be very cautious to know the concern of each employee and try to take action and help employees to get better position in organization Dont just suppport only team leads or managers and try to get feedback from them , instead consult each employee and try to change the management accordingly .Be fair to employee who joins your organization since there msy be politics within a team where team lead should never think he can fire as he has authority to do so ....or if he is friendly he will support or else not ,or racism etc etc ...so many factors may spoil the new joinee ....try to give a good future to the employee who trust to join your organization .
