Pretty good work experience, not as good as it could be if they changed just a few things

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than an year)

Pros

People, clients, travel perks, training when you can get it, network, they do try to make work/life balance a balance and in my experience largely succeed

Cons

Training isn't up to industry standards, performance review is completely divorced from reality or logic, compensation is arbitrary (good, but arbitrary), there are some workaholics that don't increase productivity, just hours in the office

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire a bunch of Accenture consultants to give you advice for what to change. We manage our company in ways we would never advise our clients to do. You are out of touch with the competition. We're very good at what we do for our clients, you are not so good at managing us.
