I have been working at Accenture

    Pros

Great place to grow your career and work on many different Projects. Excellent opportunities for recent graduates to work in roles not available in other companies.

    Cons

Many projects require out of town travel, which can be a drawback for some if you have local commitments in your hometown.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More work should be done to retain good talent, however the industry has always had a transient nature to it, so tough to maintain a good balance.

    I worked at Accenture

    Pros

Accenture trains and supports its employees, provides exposure to state of the art technologies and approaches. It provides lots of opportunities for professional growth. It's a great learning environment with motivated people, great clients and a track record of success.

    Cons

Definite lack of work and life balance. It's fine just getting out of school, but becomes tougher as your personal life becomes more complex ( marriage, kids)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to find better ways to help employees strike work and life balance. In doing so, retain valuable knowledge capital.
