I have been working at Accenture as an intern (less than a year)

Pros

Great, great, great people
Pay is highest in industry (even higher than IB)
Great organization for interns (conferences, trips and lots of benefits)
Powerful brand and great culture

Cons

Very few cons. Could offer 2-3 days of PTO for Interns. Also, can be accommodating when selecting which office to work at.

I worked at Accenture full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Its a great learning environment with great people. There are so many resources to use, you have an abundance of resources that really can take you anywhere. What you get out of working there is really based on what you put into it. It is a good place to work.

    Cons

As is typical of consulting firms, there are work life balance challenges. If you are not given to travel, you don't want to work in the consulting workforce! While the remuneration is okay, it may not be as competitive as the more prestigious firms.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great brand, great culture, but you need to be more aware of the competition. There is a tendency to begin to feel complacent while other competitors hungry for success catch up and leave you behind.
