    Pros

Smart co-workers, interesting clients, high-profile work. Constant challenges and room to grow/learn. Flexible work schedule. Competitive pay. Great brand awareness - the job seems to look great on a resume.

    Cons

Travel. Demanding hours. Weekend work. Smartest people means it can be hard to rise to the top of your peer group. Working on client sites can be demanding - have to constantly be prepared and professional.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

good people, managment, Great company. Accenture has made a great name for itself in outsourcing, IT and Consulting. The company has a strong fix on the market and is above the competition

    Cons

lots of repetition, bad training, since it has such a great name it tends to under pay its employees based on their skills. Also Managment can play favorites

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    invest more in training
