Out of Fortune 100 firms, 90 firms are Accenture's clients which provides vast variety of Clients and hence ability to work with top clients
Cons
Pay is not the best if compared with peers. Benefit program needs to be improved. Most of the work for Technology is outsourced.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay needs to be comparable with competitors. Restrictions on hiring only US Citizens or Green Card holders should be reviewed
