Good environment

Former Employee - Business Analyst in Dalian, Liaoning (China)

I worked at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

Pros

interactive with other departments and people; customer base; career counselor to help in career path; innovative people around; basic benefit and annual leave system

Cons

I do not like the promotion system. You cannot be promoted if no one leaves. Plus, due to financial crises, expenses are highly cut and many transfer opportunities are lost.
