Pros

Variety of experience, smart co-workers, career progression.

Cons

As the firm grows it is getting a little more bureaucratic and difficult to get things done in. We need to preserve the entrepreneurial culture in order to keep the right people.

    Pros

Great perks, lots of company dinners/nights out, "see the world", prestigious. Helps you get future jobs, people know them, you are kind of a tech-rock-star. Bench time is basically free vacation.

    Cons

They work you to death at times, lots of friction with the employees of the client sometimes, you'll never feel like you have a home because you are gone a LOT. Can be tough to move up, the upper ranks are crowded.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put even more emphasis on work in home cities for those that request it.

    Pros

Great people top to bottom, real commitment to work/life balance, paid training that adds to your skillset, decent salary. Developing technical skills and getting involved with corporate knowledge-sharing/social networking will you get you noticed in the right ways.

    Cons

Not all roles are created equal. Some roles lend themselves better to having opportunities to stand out.
