Great opportunities to learn a lot in a short time but pay so far is dreadful.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (less than a year)

Pros

Decent benefits, opportunities to travel, experience, and the people I worked with seemed competent.

Cons

If you are a developer, they will undervalue and underpay you and give you half of the vacation days as a BA in Consulting workforce. Supposedly this is going to remedied soon, but right now they would be an awful choice long term.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your developers make you a lot of money, so overworking and underpaying them will eventually backfire.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

There was nothing positive from the project

    Cons

    - Managers literally are running behind the client to get small projects (1-1.5 Million)
    - Unprofessional - Recruit a new resource with assurance of being long term on the project and then rolls of the resources just because travel time is 2 hours each way. The managers were aware about the travel time during interview process.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Be professional and honest to your staff and to the people you are looking to hire.
