Pros

The people are really great - overall very positive attitude. Not bad for a huge company, the internal processes are pretty solid and - though flawed - the yearly review process is very reasonable if you do a good job. A lot of very smart people and great opportunites to work with some big clients on technology implementation. All the management I came in contact with had a very good appreciation for work/life balance.

Cons

Pay is not competitive, despite what they tell you. Everyone leaves to go somewhere else for more money.
If you don't like IT systems implementation, you'll be struggling to find the business-focused roles - Systems Integration is the bulk of the work.

Advice to Senior Management

I would say that they should offer better compensation, but I don't know if I would if I were in their shoes... they have a fantastic brand and are a top choice for new grads, plus they are industrializing delivery, so they can afford to lose people.
