Pros

- Able to work with projects with 'Great' names
- Able to get into big companies
- Work is sometimes non-technical / no skills needed
- Able to network with great people from great companies

Cons

- No skills learned
- Sometimes cannot make any preference for any projects
- Not too technical
- Some consultants are just plainly know nothing but very good in talking
- Very LOW salary

Advice to Senior Management

- More technical skills and applicable trainings!
