I have been working at Accenture full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good pay, excellent benefits, strong Culture, lots of education

Cons

To move above Manager you have to have started your career at ACN and have a Career Counselor who promotes you strongly at review time. Its not what you have done its how your CC "sells" it. A bad CC ruins your chances.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down turnover..focus on all levels of people, dont promote new grads so fast they are nowhere ready to be a Manager at 5-7 yrs. Increase pay bands, make review process more transparent.

I have been working at Accenture full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The best company I have worked for so far. Events, networking, training, happy hours, meeting new young professionals, connections, learn how to grow your own career and choose the path you want within reason.

    Cons

Hard to move up in the Federal market, in order to get in the top 5% you will have to work day in and day out without a balance in your life. Also very hard to move from Federal to Commercial sectors.

    I worked at Accenture full-time

    Pros

Freedom to take on challenging projects on and above deliverables if managable

    Cons

One can get disillusioned after working for a long time on the same technology/platform, so it is imperative that one constantly updates his/her skill set

    Great Place to Work!
