Pros

Great people - very high calibre
Interesting and challenging work

Company is run very well with sound top level decision making

Cons

Compensation not in parallel with expectations and amount of work effort
Bureaucracy around internal work and processes can cause delays for exceedingly long periods
Minimal time provided to innovate

Advice to Senior Management

Compensation needs to be improved substantially for the amount of effort we put in. Often working 2-3 people's jobs, especially with the amount of offshoring to unqualified resources (where we have to pick up the slack)
Bureaucracy is out of control. Common sense approaches are needed to unmuddy the ability to make rapid and appropriate decisions that are "no-brainers" and the right things to do
Provide key roles/players/experts with additional time and lower chargeability requirements to take part in innovation activities
