Pros

Name, Can-Do spirit, brand name clients, variety of projects, exposure to technology

Cons

Not so competent management, low technical skills, low value development work

Advice to Senior Management

Pay attention to experienced hire with good technical skills, Increase salaries, compensate overtime, break old-boys club, improve promotion process
