Pros

Great network. Professional. Good salary. Work from home option is great for work/life balance.

Intense workload. Demanding superiors. 15 hour days are expected. Not a lot of training. Left to your own devices to figure everything out.

Advice to Management

Add more and better training.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

One of the things that I liked best about my job were the great people that I worked with. Most times, there is a team work attitude. It is interesting work that the company does. Promotions are for those who work hardest and harder and not those who get by.

    Cons

Traveling 80% to 100% is a tough lifestyle for those with families and young children. There are politics everywhere, and Accenture is no different. You just have to use your network and your relationships to get you where you want to go.

    Advice to Management

Decision making is slow and could be distributed down to the local offices. It doesn't always have to be the uppper management making all of the decisions.
