I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Good work/home life balance most of the time. Good compensation, good team members.

    Cons

Onboarding process needs a little work. You may have to figure some things out on your own in order to be to do your job. A little of that is expected at the professional level, but there is room for improvement. However, the managers always make themselves available for questions, issues, and help.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Streamline the onboarding process and increase the new hire's chance of success.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
