    Pros

A lot of smart people. Opportunities for a variety of projects.

    Cons

They try to force you into a box for one specialty. Also the laddering system of ranking employees creates a toxic environment. Work/life balance is non-existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the laddering system. There's a reason most other top companies don't use a system like that. It fosters resentment and competition between employees. Why do you think you have 30% employee turnover every year?

Good benefits but you get treated like just a number

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits and great training but that is really all of the pros

    Cons

In the services workforce there is very little room for career progression and they claim it is always because there is never the budget for it. It really doesn't matter how well you do because you are treated like just a number and a dollar sign.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When selling work leave room in the contract budget to promote your employees that work hard because you lose a lot of people when their careers never progress.
