Pros

Good benefits, smart coworkers, expansive central repository of info

Cons

Vague requirements for promotion, significant variation in roles and managers, setting reasonable time limits (50 hrs/week, not working while on vacation, etc) negatively affects career progression.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Shake up the cliques, enforce use of charge codes for non-billable work time.

    Pros

    Great people in general. Smart and hard driving. Still some cowboy mentality from pre IPO days.

    Cons

    Some of the C suite replacements with outsiders was bad. They did not understand culture.
