Pros

Good exposure to different industries
Some very experienced managers

Cons

They "strech" your skills; you may not be qualified for a job but they assign you anyway
Some Very bad managers, stressed, unrespectful and they retaliate

Advice to Management

Managers need to know how to manage
Need to create better inentive structure, current one is not inducive to team work or individual advancement

    Pros

    work life balance and culture are strong

    Cons

    Supply chain projects are poorly managed and pay does not reflect the high amount of work.

    Pros

    Can get access to senior level clients at a young age.
    Have an assigned career counselor to help navigate your career
    Can participate in Accenture Development Partnerships program to consult for nonprofits in emerging markets
    Can lead teams and get access to great opportunities at a young age also

    Cons

    You are just a number. Management does not care if you leave the firm or are unhappy. You will be replaced easily.

    Advice to Management

    As people are the greatest asset in a consulting company, Accenture should try to seek to retain talent.
