I worked at Accenture full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Very good work environment and good pay.

Cons

Team is everything. If you dont get a good team all the things I stated in PROS will not happen.
So once again TEAM IS EVERYTHING.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There should be a better method to identify talent, Supervisor appraisal does not always need to be correct

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Everyone works hard and is very smart. This is a company full of Type A personalities and everyone is motivated to get work done.

    Cons

Some people can be very competitive and there are some difficult people. However, how is that different than what you would have at any large firm?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep providing more career opportunities to junior team members. Offer a longer maternity leave (Accenture offers 2 months paid and only guarantees job for 4 months, whereas competitors offer up to 6 months of paid maternity leave).
