Cons

1. There should be more transparency with the senior management.
2. Salary hikes have gone down.
3. Due to mass recruitment quality of resources have gone down.
4. On-site opportunities are very less.

Advice to Senior Management

1. Salary gap between higher level and lower level employees is too much
2. Really need to have some quality food in the cafeteria.
3. Give more onsite opportunities to the employees.
