Pros

- Salary, ACN provide above average salary than its peers
- Brand, Good name in the market gets you in front of most business leaders without much effort

Cons

- Association with a partners than the goodwill of the customers or your value addition really matters
- There is a famous term used in Accenture Consulting known as POTA i.e. pulled out of thin air. Most of the Indian business leaders trust the brand hence don't question the hypothesis of ACN management strategy, conclusions and roadmap. Those who do throw them out of their offices as quickly as they can.
-India domestic business practices are very average sold at premium rates
-Foul language especially derogatory remarks against female are most common in close room all male discussions within the New Delhi DLF office

Advice to Senior Management

-Bring same professional aptitude as in west especially in US practice to IDB
-Evaluate people based on the value they bring to the firm and customer, not how they dress and how many people they know in Accenture
