Current Employee - Consultant in Washington, DC
Current Employee - Consultant in Washington, DC

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great salary, benefits, people. This is a very promising place to start your career as an Analyst. Once promoted to Consultant, things get very congested and it can be hard to differentiate yourself. Promotions don't necessarily go to those who perform the best work but they know someone high enough up.

Cons

High turnover. Easy to get lost. Often feel like a number and not a person. There's a set of "core values" but no one knows them and the company doesn't live by them. They are simply words on the wall to feel good.
