Great career development and growth

Manager (Former Employee)

ProsAccenture is a fantastic company to grow a career. The overriding culture is that the individual is in charge of their career development and growth, but if you show initiative and proactively take on more responsibility leadership will guide and reward you accordingly. Additionally, a project-based culture means you are exposed to a breadth of service offerings and departments that increase your visibility and network and provide additional career development opportunities outside your specific area of expertise.

ConsTravel and overtime demands can be challenging at times.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
