Cons

If you have an assignment with high impact/visibility, you will get a good bonus. If not, your compensation will tend to suffer.

Advice to Senior Management

Accenture charges premium prices for their services because of the extra value their people are expected to add. Management should polish up their value proposition for meat-and-potatoes information technology jobs.
