Pros

1) Exposure To Huge Clients ..means good work exp end of the day , no matter in what technology u are...
2) Annual Reviews are mostly impartial and u have escalation level if not satisfied.
3) HR policies are pretty strict .. When it comes to both employees at lower and senior level.
4) Fexiblity in working hours..

Cons

1)Not industry standard in pay package.
2) High attrition due to the same.
3) Not good when it comes to employee shifting of work location like one month u will be in mum prj , next month order will come to join prj in bang.. ( Or conditions are created for u to force that prj in other city to join it.)

Advice to Senior Management

1) Increase the package and offer more to good talent from outside to stop attrition
